Working Principle
In the automatic coating machine, a base material feed hopper with a pneumatically controlled slide gate delivers the product to a PLC-controlled weighing scale. A positive displacement pump feeds the solution into a high-speed rotating disc-type liquid applicator, while a unidirectional dispenser alternates the powders through a cyclic feed. The dry material dispenser's cycle time depends on the product type and the amount of added ingredients.
